Becoming an Associated Provider with RCG

Resolute Care Group partners with trusted Associated Providers across Queensland, including the Townsville and Brisbane regions. If you are a qualified care professional or organisation, partnering with us means more clients, steady work and a team that has your back.

Demand for in home support keeps growing, specifically since the Support at Home program began for older Australians. No single provider can meet every need alone. By working with skilled partners, we can say yes to more clients, fill service gaps faster and keep care local.

This guide explains who can apply, what you get as an RCG Associated Provider, and how our onboarding works.

Who can become an Associated Provider?

We welcome sole traders, small businesses and larger organisations that deliver quality care and support. You may be a good fit if you provide:

  • -Personal care, domestic assistance or social support

  • -Nursing or clinical care
  • -Allied health, such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry or speech pathology

  • -Home maintenance, gardening or minor home modifications

  • -Transport for appointments and community access

  • -Meal preparation or delivery

  • -Disability support workers and support coordination

Our main clientele is based across Townsville, Ayr and the Brisbane region, although if you service nearby areas, we still want to hear from you.

Why partner with Resolute Care Group?

  • -Less admin. We handle client intake, care planning and coordination. You focus on what you do best.
  • -Reliable payment. Clear agreed rates and a straightforward invoicing process mean you know what to expect and when.
  • -A shared commitment to quality. Our partners share our values of respect, dignity and person-centred care. You join a network that takes quality seriously.
  • -Local knowledge and support. Our team knows North Queensland and Brisbane communities well. You have a real contact person, not a faceless portal.
  • -Room to grow. As our client base expands, so do the opportunities for our partners.
