Sponsorship Pathways with RCG

At Resolute Care Group, we value skilled and committed team members who want to build a long-term career with our organisation. For eligible employees, we may offer employer-sponsored visa pathways, including the Subclass 482, Subclass 407 and Subclass 494 visas, with Resolute Care Group acting as the direct sponsor.

As sponsorship is a significant investment for both the organisation and the employee, it is not offered immediately. Employees are generally required to work with Resolute Care Group for at least 6 to 12 months before sponsorship is considered. This period allows both parties to determine whether there is a strong and sustainable long-term fit. In some circumstances, this can be adjusted depending on the business needs.

Employees should also have sufficient time remaining on their current valid visa to complete this employment period and allow enough time for the sponsorship process to proceed without unnecessary delays.

Sponsorship is assessed individually and remains subject to eligibility, organisational needs, role availability and current Australian immigration requirements.
