About Resolute Care Group

Resolute care group is a local North Queensland health care provider, offering a range of care services, including disability support services, assisted living support, assisted living facilities, and other care services to promote authentic and social wellbeing to a diverse Australian community and their loved ones in Townsville, Ayr, Charters Towers, Mt. Isa and surrounds.

Our focus is in the areas of community nursing care services and disability support services both at home and in assisted living supported accommodation through government funded programs namely NDIS, DVA, NIISQ, My Aged Care and Private Funding. 

At Resolute Care, we are committed to providing a seamless wellness experience that is unique and exceptional whilst offering you choice and control through a person-centred care approach, within our range of services including assisted living, care services and disability support services. We understand that you have diverse assisted living needs, and we therefore work with you to customise an individually tailored support plan which acknowledges your strengths and abilities to empower your progress with your personal and funded goals.

The Team

The team at Resolute Care prides itself in qualified and caring support workers, an enthusiastic team of allied health workers, operational staff, and a dedicated team of registered and enrolled nurses.

Our team provides assisted living support und can help with assisted living facilities.
