About Resolute Care Group

Resolute care group is a local North Queensland health care provider, offering authentic and social wellbeing to a diverse Australian community and their loved ones in Townsville, Ayr, Charters Towers, Mt. Isa and surrounds.

Our focus is in the areas of community nursing care and disability support services both at home and in supported accommodation through government funded programs namely NDIS, DVA, NIISQ, My Aged Care and Private Funding.

The Team

The team at Resolute Care prides itself in qualified and caring support workers, an enthusiastic team of allied health workers, operational staff, and a dedicated team of registered and enrolled nurses.

Our people are amazing with unique multicultural backgrounds. They love to learn, listen, and understand your unique needs to provide tailor made care services and disability support services that are in line with the approved state and national standards.
