Assistance with Daily Personal Activities and Household Tasks

This service allows you to live as independent as possible in your own home or in the community under the core supports budget. In this category we support you to make decisions concerning your daily life activities that are safe and promote independence.

We develop self-care skills such as personal care services and personal hygiene such as bathing, showering, personal grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and all other care aspects to enable you to live life everyday with fulfilment.

We undertake household tasks such as cleaning, gardening, basic indoor and outdoor home maintenance, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a secure and safe environment that makes every day living an enjoyable experience.

Assistance with Community and Participation

Under the allocated core support budget, we provide you with safe and appropriate disability transport to access and participate in social and community engagements such as

  • Medical appointments

  • Recreational activities such as sports, gyms
  • Specialized schooling or education program or group center activities
  • Attending community events such as BBQ, meet ups
  • Group Centre activities such as Art classes, swimming classes. Music, movies

Assistance with Life Stage Transitions

As NDIS provider, we focus on disability help aimed at assisting you to build capacity to transition from one stage to another in life, including supporting you to partake major milestones through peer support, mentoring, mental health recovery and coaching.

At resolute care we focus on help you to understand and work on your plan to be more independent in coordinating your daily supports by focusing on developing self-care skills, communication skills, and help you to participate in the community and maintain contact with peers.
